I saw and article in today's local paper and aswell Google news that for the housing mkt sales where up last month and it's all better now.

 

Though this article is quoting an industry source that prices may drop another 35% before the sun shines again.

 

And really i think we all know that we don't know how bad this or where it is going but it sure aint up.
