This is something allot of us over look when we think we are experiencing
allergies or asthma .
Dust mites are always with us and usually sleep with us and the reaction to
the mite gets blamed on the dog or the cat. Though the cat does leave a
trail of dander which we may also respond too.
One additional supplement to fighting the mite is MSM and which many people
with allergies find effective. It has no side effects recorded.
