I don't believe a recession has yet been declared by the money lenders.
So here they are talking about the worst even before it has officially
started.
Could this lack of candidness have something to do with their problem that
if they acknowledge recession and the economy continues to fall people will
soon expect and acknowledgment that we have now gone in to depression.
