HBP or high blood pressure.

http://www.westonaprice.org/ask-the-doctor/high-blood-pressure

And which fortunatly i don't experience.
My reason for sending this to folks is i think we live in a
society mind set which fosters... go along to get along.
And so for an example, if we have a specialty degree we somehow assume that spills over into
other essential survival realms.

And besides doesn't everyone over forty take a drug for cholesterol control or blood pressure or both?
And don't most of us weigh allot more than we need too?

And don't most of us use reduced fat dairy and really overall shun fats?
Even to the extent of preferring poly unsaturated fats dosed with
fructose?

All of these corporate instruction are not working for us and the people telling us to do this are not our friends.

So if you have excess belly fat it's not a 'reserve currency' and something the specie has always carried around.
It's your ticket to serious health issues.

And if you happen to be in the category of: "Their is nothing i can do about so i won't think about it."
And besides i have a will!    And when it gets to the will state, everyone looses.

Or the even more direct fear response: "I don't want to know."
Well ponder this when you health quickly goes in the ditch and then you will be confronted with both of these.... I don't want to knows!
And it maybe to late to know!
And the rationalisation of: I did what they told me to do! is functional when we are kids, since we may not have a choice and
the over forties defiantly do.
So the article above is just and example of how we have to assess what WE are doing and whether it is effective.

How it works

Remember suburbia?

http://www.businessinsider.com/guess-americas-best-kept-housing-secret-2011-12?nr_email_referer=1&utm_source=Triggermail&utm_medium=email&utm_term=Business%20Insider%

You know where all the nice people (read: white Christan's) went to get away from those people!
Well, S-F and then some, it seems the roll back has already begun.

Our own dear leaders have a suprise coming up and for all of us!

http://www.321gold.com/editorials/bonner/bonner122811.html

Bill Bonner usually isn't so explicit in his conclusions. But then this a special time of year in a place.
Also, I have read that towards the moment when the corporate backed Fascist took over in Germany
Their appeared a number of desperate articles by the informed who where trying to tell the public what was coming.

And today it is similar as the public listens to the 1% and then continues to listen to Fox News who confirm
that we will be SAFE.... once the corporate police state is initiated.

The flip side of this is the rationalisation that i hear from people.
And actually some they imply as well.
"I'm going to the mountains!" They can hardly make it here on the couch or living near a Walmart.  Why would they survive in the mountains?
And then cutting off the roads or the fuel or using drones on those who don't voluntarily go to the concentration camps.
We'll good ole boys soon become... good little boys and girls.

And for that special category: The "I don't want to know!" You don't need too... just follow orders as you are part of the problem
as well.

Or then some express their special status such as: I'm a loyal corporate flag waver or I'm an old soldier who did
allot of bad stuff when i was in ...................Yeah, that may give you special status in hell, but not with the masters.

Or, "I'm an American Fundamental White Christian  (which is today's little fascist seed pods) and i hate rag heads, niggers, spics and queers".
Yep, these folks are pretty special.... but sorry they also are just scum and like the rest of us as far as the masters are concerned.

Have a good new year in front of the brain drain.

signifcant article

http://www.spiegel.de/international/europe/0,1518,805135,00.html

And very possibly correct in it's conclusions.

Conclusions in my opinion and using everyday terms.

They are loading the garbage barge and calling it fresh produce.
Though come summer i think it will become apparent it's just more wilted lettuce.

OK, if that wasn't abstruse enough for you how about this?
Their are a few laws of Physics which seem to prevail, and no matter how many new gadgets we
assure ourselves are the final break through to perpetual motion.... or the reversal
of energy flow. At the end of the day the laws are still there!

One being you can't make nothing from nothing.
It ends up being the same zero.

The lender of last resort is not the European Central Bank as mentioned here.
It's the last central bank left standing. And if we look at the recent chart as to who has lent the most
with regards to European banks.
France is third, then second cometh GB and fools that they be!
But the greediest fool of them all is our own split tongued band of snakes.... the Wall Street investment banks
and starting with Goldman Sachs.
Do you think they might already be 'distributing' this junk to us to stuff in our socks or under the mattress?
Of course, that's if we have a mattress when they are done with us.

Unforseen?

http://www.nytimes.com/2011/12/27/world/asia/report-condemns-japans-response-to-nuclear-accident.html

TEPCO is being condemned for using the excuse that they didn't prepare for the unforeseen which they are now blaming
for the extent of the nuclear and tsunami damage at Fukishima on March 11.

And they should be sited for that but they where forewarned numerous times that they where participating in a national cover up.
Also, many experts have been warning our 'own' meaning nuclear industry controlled nuclear NRC that we have the same problems.
And they are being ignored as well.
We have maybe twenty of the T1000 Westinghouse reactors and which are the same design that failed recently in Japan.

Fairwinds Associates have been appearing before this US NRC commission and of course being ignored when attempting to alert them
to something they publicly are trying to ignore.

question for all of us

http://www.acting-man.com/?p=12622

If the possibility of Europe followed by the GB going bankrupt might concern us or even frighten the more thoughtful.
Well just consider handing these same people who are dead.. in debt even more
fabricated funds and in the hundreds of billions so they can keep playing at the table.
I don't recall Vegas actually having a category of clients who are classified as dead but too big to loose.

Really, what this is saying is they are all coming down, but their will continue to be further 'distribution' while it is happening. Distribution is a term from the equities market indicating the junk is continuing to be sold to the suckers.

And the question might be: Can this reach down to the wanna be's right here in
Gods green acres?

revealing charts!

http://www.chrismartenson.com/blog/worse-2008/67136

For those that may not want to know what the financial world is being confronted with
I suggest you don't go down to the 'who owes whom' charts.
But for just a hint: It's the US.... and the graph indicates far worse than what ever
the named and now just named European countries are confronted with.
But you still my want to cherry pick Martensons' essay for other information.

The best of the 'I don't want to know' responses i have recently got was from
a middle class women in her sixties with some cash assets who mentioned her funds are being "managed for her".
I asked her how she was determining the managing was a prudent choice and especially if that was the extent of her liquid assets?
And with out a moment posse she responded: "Well, if that fails I'm going home!
I asked where and why she would be going home and of course with what?

The lady quickly and sincerely responded she was going to heaven!
Hey, you can't argue with that response?

But it might make you wonder is not thinking for yourself or just not thinking is the key to the gate. This has been implied before regarding heaven, So the conclusion that it must be the collective 'home' for all the fools in history may be near the 'mark'.

Seismic events of interest

http://www.iris.edu/seismon/

And the latest is off the the coast of Oregon. The Juan de Fuka area today@ 1600 hours.
Also, Southern California yesterday and then west coast of Mexico day before that.
I know nothing but what i see. And I'm looking for indications of a new developing pattern.
As this area has had minimal action, while the rest of the Pacific rim is and has been double firing.
Honshu off coast of Northern Japan is the most evident active area, and i assume it is also another plate subduction area
similar to the Cascade subduction area (about 500 miles in length) which is sometimes referred to as the Juan de Fuka
which is also the straights at the northern end.

The Pacific North Eastern seismologist are watching it all, but if i understand it correctly they are primarily concerned regarding significant
earthquake action along the subduction area. Which is about fifty miles off the coast from the Cape of Mendocino to Vancouver Island.
And inland Oregon such as the Willamette Valley are considered relatively quite seismic areas.
Along the coast it will be Tsunami's which will do the damage to the population centers if we are just considering humans. And actually other specie's are
not considered as significant, so they are not counted or indicated or mourned.

Maybe to put this in perspective California has mostly plates which slide against each other such as the Hayward or San Andreas and though different in action they can also generate very high seismic readings.

California pensions

http://www.ocregister.com/opinion/retirement-331571-stanford-california.html

This couldn't happen here!
Economic disaster supposedly only happens to someone else
who are also somewhere else.

Who can we trust?

http://online.barrons.com/article/SB50001424052748703856804577098740322633760.html

It comes down to who can we trust?
These are the rich upper crust who tell us: it's the welfare cheats that are ruining the nations economy.
In other words for the nations dumb-bo's, just don't look up! It's the slobs next door or the spics and you know what and who!
If you happen to be getting a pension thats funded by investments, dont worry if it goes under these guys are your friends and they will help you...to find a bridge to jump off!
It has turned out that MF Global had a built in a little trap door to steal the supposedly untouchable customers funds.
They transferred the funds to a subsidiary in GB where the security laws are different.
So they could steal what they want as they where not directly involved.

You may have noticed they have not prosecuted any of the big guys and apparently their is no plans too.
Though a couple of guys at Fannie may and mac who may now have to take the fall.
As one big market trader admitted on CNN recently the government doesn't make the financial decisions it's Goldman Sachs calling the shots.

From Metta

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=43INPdgO_yM

Yep, Metta my dog wants all the other dogs out there to get in on this.
And of course you can be doggie like, as well.
And for dogs only!
Metta isn't suggesting this personal preference for every bitch! But.... she prefers to just licks it off
her coat rather than waste time in the bath.

Been there, done that!

http://www.321gold.com/editorials/russell/russell122011.html

And this Is about what Richard Russell is telling us. And he is evidently more than surprised to
still be observing, pondering and concluding with a fine eye and sharp mind.

What he is not discussing is the implications for a collapsing equities market, and
though I'm sure he is very aware of its implications for people, states and nations.

Coconut oil contains lauric acid as it is a mid chain fatty acid.

I went to the health food store to buy coconut oil, but all the brands they carry were solid. None were liquefied. Is this how it is always sold? Can you eat it solid? Does it matter?
One of the characteristics of coconut oil is its high melting point. At temperatures above 76 degrees F (24 C) coconut oil is a liquid. At temperatures below this it becomes a solid…

Dimtri Orlov answers question about your future.

http://cluborlov.blogspot.com/2011/12/conversation-about-europe.html

I just found this recent timely article by the well informed author.
If you skip the non needed intro and then go directly to the Q and A section, you won't miss much.
But everyone should take a stab at the meat, which is the Q&A by Orlov.

And for those folks who now believe the peak oil situation was just a myth, and it's all better know.
You should read and heed this article is my conclusion.

Dang! as my dear christian friends say, when they mean:

http://www.businessinsider.com/keith-jurow-housing-market-new-york-city-and-california-2012-12

The shit being expelled with the add of a fan is coming our way.

Eat Fat, Loose Fat.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OxExJkoF2Og

I have read the book being mentioned and for those who would rather have a video
introduction on how this can be accomplished here is Mary Enig being interviewed on the subject...
of not only loosening weight. But also regaining our health or preventing a few of the 'heavies'.

This involves eating significant MCFA oil which are coconut oil or meat sourced.
And she is suggesting eliminating all polyunsaturated oil.
And yes, that includes Soy. Or more likley especially Soy oil and soy products.
Also cutting deeply into carbohydrate and sugar intake.
And why would any one even consider doing something as drastic as that?
Besides ourselves their are kids who eat what we offer them.

Also it does seem to eliminate heart disease, diabetes, most cancers, and a long, long list of neurological disorders.
You know like dementia and Alzheimer's along with inflammatory problems in our joints and brain.

Enig does have PhD and taught at U. of Maryland, so it's not like Mary has not done the lab work as well
as the clinical studies.

3 to 5 tablespoons per day while eliminating the trans fats and lowering the carbs and just stopping the constant sugar intake.

For and even more extensive presentation on this subject and in print form see: Bruce Fife's, book: Stop Alzheimer's Now...which was just published.

The wave of the future for the Baby Boomers is all the debilitating illness listed above as well as a care center to cater $$$$ to our needs.
They daily and X3 serve lots of carbs and poly oil laced with sugar along with a long list of meds which will double our brain fog.

Some folks reading this will conclude i am being negative...as usual.
My response is it's better than living it and then expecting others to carry us.

"It's different this time!"

http://www.theoildrum.com/node/8697#more

Dear Friends; and especially those now on the road to recovery and wealth.

Or so we are again told by the nice people... that's it's going to be different,
this time!
But first we need to define nice people in our modern times. Why it's seems it's those that tell us they are nice $$$$

My father was also in the Klondike gold rush of 1897 and which is briefly described in this
article on oil fracing. He mentioned he went for the adventure and that few guys made
money that's unless they where already selling something the crowd needed.
This is probably accurate on both counts. Dad was not seriously motivated to accumulate personal wealth.
He told me for most of us wealth turns out to be a allusion that we can't translate into happiness.
And actually, and though his life appeared difficult to me... he did seem over all to be happy.

Back to the enclosed fracing article.
Gee, i wonder if that could be accurate as to what's happening now with oil fracing?
Remember Dude, Fracing is hot!
Of course, their are the issues of the ground water contamination and now induced earthquakes.
But you know 'those people'..... they always want to hold up...progress. And which the nice people always point out
they are for... because it's what the country needs.

And i don't mean to be rude... but i have to wonder if this just might be the next economic bubble?
It seems that when in our guts, bubbles give us the symptoms of: gas.
But then we can assume nice people don't experience the turbulent actions of methane.
Even though they just keep smiling. So gas it would seem is their friend and we can hope they dont ...burp.

Real Esstate Scams...BIG TIME

http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/the-king-of-all-vegas-real-estate-scams-12082011.html?campaign_id=rss_topStories

Dear friends...In the news seems to be Real Estate scams to die for!

Though i didn't initiate or ask for the information a 'lady' from LV recently told me it was the cheating buyers who wanted something for nothing who caused the
Real Estate crash and which i 'read' is ...still happening.
This seem to be the other side of the story and specifically in white heaven on earth...LV.

Where it is and going

http://kunstler.com/blog/2011/12/the-cookie-crumbles.html

like in gone.
Yeah, Kinstler seems to have pegged it. Reality is where we hate to look.

I noticed today the POG took another big hit.
I would speculate investors in paper have been
invited to cover margin calls. Which induces gold sales.
The Dow J. is again in free fall and now @ -235, and it's early in the day.

Investors :)  will sell the life boat they are sitting in if they
think it will save them; as they try and meet margin calls.

Yes, it's getting crazy out there.
But don't fret about missing the action.
As out there! will soon be
sitting next to all of us, at the Christmas
feast of Feasts.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&v=ayEeoxvtRQM&NR=1

Well, that got your attention and now before you return to slumper,
Just click on the video enclosed.
Bruce Fife does know what he is talking about.
His recent book: Stop Alzheimer's Now, is also well documented
and researched.
Some of my friends are now peeking over the fence at the golden years
and yes, their are some hazards even in easy land.
And this book might help some folks to enjoy it once they get there.
It can be ordered through Amazon and it is really well worth the money,
just for the general nutritional guide lines.

The oil recommendations are not limited to just eliminating corn oil,
as soy, canola or the other non saturated fats are just as harmful.
So save your brain for the golden years.

If anyone has weight issues you also might want to consider reading
and applying his suggestions. This is not a diet it is just a change in food choices.

Scam from on high!

http://newsandinsight.thomsonreuters.com/Securities/Insight/2011/12_-_December/MF_Global_and_the_great_Wall_St_re-hypothecation_scandal/

Here is the skinny on how the systems built in scam has worked. And apparently for some time,
going back at least to the Lehman Bros smash up in 2008. So we can assume this is well known by the so called SEC monitors.

And so now the CEO of MF Global can say everything was on the up and up. And as well legal!
will the investors get their investment funds back? Nope!.... to be non technical.
So it's Medoff but wearing Teflon, in my opinion.

water kefir

Things to do while watching the puppy grow.
No puppy? then the grass will do.

Who us?

http://danielamerman.com/articles/2011/QuickEuroC.html

This is the big twelve that are being predicted here.
And what should be concerning us is the implications of these financial
events.
I think it is realistic to assume the recent response by the public to austerity and
unemployment will only intensify.
This will be responded to by the government with repression as wealth which controls this government does not share wealth
in good times or bad.

MS vitiamin D

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-16086004

The most accessible to the body of vitamin D is some forms of fish oil and liver.
Not all fish oil as packaged contains Vitamin A and D.

As to over dosing on either A or D that would take some effort or long term
extremely high dosage. That is what a nutrition's told me years back.

Going further you might want to read: Eat Fat, Lose Fat by Mary Enig for excellent dietary advice
and which is out of the box or maybe the FDA and pharmaceutical box.

coconut oil and products

http://www.coconutresearchcenter.com/hwnl_8-5.htm

good information if the subject is of interest to you.

Scary, but not far fetched.

http://kunstler.com/blog/2011/12/suspended-civlization.html

Something significant recently happened and we are experiencing the results even if we can't identify
the happening. Oh sure, we all now know about MF Global, but then
the system it seems just took a heavy hit in the reality section.

Kunstler is describing how the mask of playing law and order has slipped and we can see the face of the
 masters actually being shown.
What he doesn't mention will this be seen in Europe that the show here is also coming apart?

Secrets and some shared

Just had a short and unintentional phone conversation with a middle aged white 'lady' who clarified for me she didn't blame Wall Street or the Banks
for our nations financial problems. Might i add: Rich people are always nice people if you are a.. wanna be.
Apparently, or so she told me it's that old problem, that young people are lazy and want everything for nothing.
You can replace "young people" with 'those people' which is really what she is referring too, as i could tell southern charm was just under the
edge of I'm now a retired and rich business lady.
Apparently, it wasn't the Banks and the Realtors who got these people upside down on their home loans.
It was those people ...again...who where looking for something for nothing.

So it comes down to: They should have read the contract they signed before they got themselves in this bind.
Yep, it's the victims fault and as the robber said. "I wouldn't have shot him, if he hadn't blinked".
Of course, now she lives lounges in Las Vegas and she likes to travel.
So, have a nice trip ...sucking up!

Live in the moment and prepair for the future!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=lqN3amj6AcE

Here is simple advice. Do what the big guys are already doing.
And the big guys are not being negative... as they plan to still be the big guys even if we
are all living in the dumpster.

Alright, still stuck, try this ...if the row boat is sinking what do you do? Row harder or throw the
ballast over board?

Still puzzled?
If you don't have diddly in stock, bonds or investments...great. I don't either.
But lets say you have retirement investment plans or real estate that you maybe paying on.These are all indirect market investments.
And you have been doing estate planning and now it's just bumping along. The chuck hole is straight ahead.
And that's followed by a broken axle.
And i don't have either of those either. But if you do!
Do you think they are safe investments if the
cookie is crumbling?

The central banks or Federal Reserve Bank if you prefer is going to print, baby print!
And the more they print the less we got.
You may think.
Then it will be easier to make payments on fixed expenses.
Right on! But in practice it doesn't 'work out' that way.
If it did then inflation or printing money would have limits when the problem reached a leveling point.
Inflation doesn't have a leveling place, just a crash from a greater height.
Zimbabwe will be USA.... spelled inside out.

So again ask yourself who is being negative? And then consider that the rock you maybe standing on may sure seem solid.
But if the tides rising, what's it matter?

Mary Jane

http://www.nytimes.com/2011/12/01/us/federal-marijuana-classification-should-change-gregoire-and-chafee-say.html?_r=1&hp

employees allot of people in drug enforcement.
Trying to take on the DEA is like trying to pull the needle out of the weapons manufactures arm. Not going to happen when they are corporations such as GE.

Their are 15000 counter terrorist agents in the US and as you may have noticed the people they catch are the ones they have set up themselves. In other words they have to manufacture their own terrorist for job security.
This is big money and big money needs a lucrative arm. So they need to keep the game and the prices UP.
If it was actually about the public safety then it would involve Rx drugs and which are the big killers in the US.
Or so i continually read in the establishment papers and sites.
So hows that for a different toke?

The two whats! as in happening and tomorrow....

http://www.321gold.com/editorials/sirchartsalot/dorsch113011.html

and we are talking about the boiling kettle called: Europe.
And who cares or why should we?
It seems the marsh-mellow roast meaning the folks stuck on sticks over the fire
will soon include Jane and Joe in a dwelling near you.
This tsunami is rolling our way, and the big banks are going to share the pain with
the US tax payer.
And then extract even more flesh from retirement funds and
any where else they see a dollar peeking from under the national mattress.

OK, so disregard the explanation of the complex economics and which he seems to simplify for us.
The down and dirty is and what 'nice people' describe as: austerity meaning: starve the populace until they conform or revolt.

Dorsch seems to actually understand both the situation and what we should expect next.
Our own dear DOW just shot through the roof and the message being: Come back little Sheba!  to the Rubes who feed
the.... bankster machine.

Have you seen this chart?
Though maybe you wont want to.

Your new American Dream

http://kunstler.com/blog/2011/11/your-new-american-dream.html

I believe Kunstler has sliced it and packaged it correctly in this Monday
essay.
It really is a dismal landscape we are finding ourselves viewing and
it seems we are running out of fuel even as we drift downhill.

But then you are also looking out the window on this bus to know where.
So i will let you decide if the views more encouraging from your seat.

Kunstler uses the Fuck word in the title of his site. And so for my dear Christian friends please,
just substitute with Duck! when ever you see Fuck! Yeah, you know like in Dang when you see Dam.
Thank you, we appreciate your evident.... purity.

Fukashima again and again (Westinghouse T 1000)

http://fairewinds.com/
Really fun high school type lab demo. So just stand back...and enjoy!
And please, no texting during lab demo.

As Arnie with Fairewinds associates, has been pointing out since March, 2011 'they' do not have this nuclear disaster contained.
And as some of us might silently remark: Who cares! as it's over there. And besides they are gooks along with
what ever else may come to the top of our reptilian minds.
Then you know the one. Bigger is better! and that's if we go it!

So try this in your pipe for a puff.
We have the same designed Westinghouse reactors and right here in the land of
God's chosen nice people.
And every one in the nuke energy generation business and that's including the NRC are aware of this 'problem'.

And know you are aware as well.

For those that still may be having a problem curling their minds around the implications.

Heavy duty interview with perdictions for 2012

http://geraldcelentechannel.blogspot.com/2011/11/gerald-celente-forecasts-for-2012.html
I would like to dispute Celent's predictions and from that find different conclusions, but i believe he is correct.
What he doesn't mention is the repression which we will also and soon experience.

I know some folks don't want to know and others think they have found a hidy hole.
Well, it doesn't happen that way with repression.
And why? We are all seen as the same by the rulers. Either passive and repressed or a continued threat.

So what's going to happen

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/programmes/hardtalk/9639507.stm

in Europe?
How about more of the same if the PIIGS can get anyone to play.
Of course, it's getting to the place where their is only one player
on the other side of the net.
And it seems s/he has the ball and doesn't intend to any longer serve to PIIGS.

Will the US be invited to play in the game?
Dude, the US has been the towel boy for some time.
And when the players hold the purse strings, i believe they give orders
too the towel boys.

It's going to continue to go down... until they change the name of the game,
and as well declare the winner.

Side bet on Germany!

I hear that Spain is next to get what Greece and Italy just experienced.
A bond rating crisis.
And if Frances is as deep into it as they are with Italyand Greece's banks. Then it will be France's turn next.
I guess that would be called: A French pig ah going to market.

Poof it's gone

http://www.321gold.com/editorials/denninger/denninger111811.html

A good response to: I have excellent advise and it's paying!
Though some of us... and this being a group mailing, may silently dialogue: "I'm out of the loop on this one, and besides they surely arn't going to take my food stamp allotment."

Denninger, though pushing the envelope while trying to read tomorrow's newspaper
also has today's reality within reach.

You may recall some of the gloom i was sending a few years ago and one was a quote from the guy who made the derivatives system or scam work for the super investors.
In about 2008 he had acknowledged derivatives would eventually bring it all down.

We'll this current scenario is more about Europe taking the dive. But then those same European banks have a rope around all the US investment banks necks and 'those funds', you know the one we are assured: ' That always pay'.
Yes, this is going to roll right back on the US retirement funds as well as the orphans and widows...

Bernard Connoly, was also recently getting some general exposure under these circumstances...What circumstances? Try impending gloom, and he has been more than predicting, as he also has furnished big print road maps and usually for a large fee.
He just happens to be one of the tech founders of the EURO system until he realised it
would not work and predicted it would hit the wall in a few years.
So you can go to Google and then add his name for a peak under the
rug.

As the historians of the Great Depression point out, in 1929 the significant economist
of the day continued to assure the nation that what had just happened on the market
would soon be corrected.
'Everything will soon be alright.' And to some extent the DOW went back up.  But then within a year when
everyone one had again been further assured by their brokers : Trust me and besides i have my money in the market and right by your own funds. It went down to 41 points by 1932.
It's called belief in some other circles. But i call it broke when we put our hand in our pocket to buy the beans and rice and out comes lint.

Some good video's furnished in the above article.

What is sport?

http://kunstler.com/blog/2011/11/-the-penn-state.html#com
James Kunstler describes the Christian prayer display at the arena games and which where orchestrated for the most recent victims of the college gladiators.
Is the Corporate Empire 'sports' hero worship any different than either the Pedophile Church of Peter or the "Community Boy Scouts"
children's meat grinder?

Is this a reflection of a self defined merchandise culture... gone wrong? And it's conclusions which cannot be corrected with out
a complete restructuring? Is a culture based on human spiritual values rather than our "Pepsi
World" values even a possibility at this point?

As it is, we accept this current society structured by this systems leaders as valid.
But then, if we consider that for hundred of thousands of years our specie social structure consisted of small groups
which where fluid and mobile while remaining supportive of the groups needs.
This tribe structure had no overriding dominating authority.
Each member would turn to their inner but collective voice for guidance and then some consensuses would be reached amongst the clan.
Yes, it served the small groups and is still found functioning amongst the worlds ancient wandering peoples.

It seems we can currently assume that we are being programed with these mass
arena events to displace our own inner message. Even so, we can conclude we have... one prevailing true
guidance.... and that is: We are of the earth and the earth is what continues to remain significant in all of our daily lives.

Is Felt in your future?

http://www.fibershed.com/2011/11/01/mother-of-invention/

Their is something very fascinating about felt and the felting process. And for me the unknown reasons that it isn't more of a home craft is puzzling.

I do recall one woman who worked with felt and built her own equipment, dyed the wool and then sold the products. Of course, she was also an artists in other mediums so her work did have a creative signature as well.

It's something for people to consider and the wool is out their along with the craft knowledge for anyone interested.

Break time or so it seems.

http://www.321gold.com/editorials/browne/browne110411.html

And then back to the game of playing kick the can with corpses.

Browne has made a very clear and subtle analysis and update of the the poor versus the rich game
that's now being played in Europe.
These guys are smooth and quick and the stakes continue to pile up,  but i think the chips will eventually be found to be worthless.

They have tried to create a 'Euro Nation' on the false premise that changing the names and the faces of the fiat money will make them one.
And at best what they now have is the poor relatives and the rich relatives, so it's neither a family or a marriage. It's defined neighbors living in
proximity to each other who need to trade to survive.
This is neither a republic or a central democracy where at least in theory equality is a significant ingredient.

As the more descriptive action stories and which is

Syria is not Israels significant enemy so that is not being pursued.
It's all about control of the middle east and Iran is the player that will
have to go.
Any war that involves Israel will involve the US and at all levels, as
the apparent first choice... fighting Iran, will not be one of those sanitised air wars (missiles and drones)
which are really just computer game wars as far as the Pentagon is concerned.

Getting fugly and also..... bring your own chair

http://www.321gold.com/editorials/moriarty/moriarty110211.html

If you are having problems in understanding what is going on in Europe
this article maybe a good short course... or catch up place.
Attempting to put human emotions into cyphers and then columns,
does have some obstacles.
It seems it's going the way of all London bridges. yes, wet, wild
and down.

How is this going to end?
We'll i will venture those that have it. Meaning Germany and France (G&F)
will end up still holding the purses.
And those that don't and never have (PIIGS) will end up where they started
still poor and getting poorer. I have not seen the comparison made but in a sense
what we have been seeing is the vandals or Huns at the gates and telling the Romans
give us you wealth or where coming in with our pikes and short swords.

Their will remain some form of EU for crossing borders with commerce.  But G&F sure are not going to
continue to share the purse with the (street people or Roma's) and which is the way the PIIGS are viewed.
When that plays out (collapse) and soon, they will start to put things in order again.
China might even come in with a "Marshall Plan" for the PIIGS as it's a market. And they could use those bundles
of trash dollars they are holding.

Ours.... will be deeper and dirtier, as we have no bad guys to blame other than the faceless 1%.
And when your national product is actually foreign wars to feed the rich, then who is their to blame?
You can't blame the designated enemy the 'rag heads', as they have already mentioned the great Satan would
kill itself through internal debt.
Now if that isn't a story of the snake swallowing it's tail what is?

All better now

http://kunstler.com/blog/2011/10/nowhere-to-run-nowhere-to-hide.html

We'll maybe not.
They all sat down
someone blinked and
they all shook hands.
All better know.

What they actually agreed to was... lets pertend,
and maybe it will go away.
Kunstler is stating the CDS where a sham,
and now everyone knows this while saying: shush!

All of this is very difficult for those who conclude that
numbers can take the place of emotions, as currently expressed
by mass hysteria.

What does this bode for our collective future?
Their is a bottom. We can't see it, but we are falling in that direction.
And when we finally hit bottom we will.... all know it.

What fats?

http://www.newmediaexplorer.org/chris/2006/03/27/the_benefits_of_saturated_fats.htm

I have been trying to find a site that is clear and simple and yet descriptive and accurate about oils. And maybe this is a good
starting place. The more extensive info source is: Coconut Research Institute, and which is online. Their are a number of videos
at this site which might be of interest.

If you are reluctant to take or use coconut oil "It's saturated", an alternative and which everyone will enjoy is fresh coconut milk which is
found in the cooler cases at markets.
An 8 oz glass contains 5 grams of mid chain fatty acids (MCFA) and which is what we seem to be lacking.
Fresh coconut milk has endless applications in cooking and i find is very good with the rice cereal which
i can eat because of my cellaic condition which limits my options.

Though i also take coconut oil as well and everyday, i appreciate the fresh coconut oil source.
The other lactose alternatives are also better than milk products and especially soy products.
If you read the serious criticism of soy and soy milk or oil you will have to consider if we where 'designed'
to ingest a bean oil which has such an effect on our hormone's for one significant area of concern.

Also, the Soy Association has an unlimited PR budget, and from which some of the funds are used to
discredit coconut and palm oil. We once had a large amount of coconut oil in our diet and that's until the Soy
industry started a negative campaign to discredit it's health benefits, by labeling it as a "greasy oil".

You will not gain weight if you take coconut oil or milk as the MCFA are not stored in the body if they are not needed.
MCFA do not contribute to hypertension or LDL/HDL imbalance in fact they reverse those problems and also lower
blood pressure.

cancer research

http://www.ted.com/talks/jay_bradner_open_source_cancer_research.html

'Ted talks' can be abit over choreographed, and sometimes to the extent the
content is lost in the inflections of the 'preformer'.
What am i saying? This was rehearsed until presto it is theater.
But then this one also has content.
In this video Bradner is describing a very significant discovery and application in
reversing cancer in what is usually considered an incurable form: multiple melanoma, which is the bone form.

Definitely worth your time to watch.

Currently, some MM patients are relying on the positive intrusive effect of C3 complex curcumin
which seems to shrink the nutritive delivery source for the lymphoma.
And then for many life goes on, while it is assumed that eventually the barrier will fail.

Bradner is stating the cancer landing pad can be removed and replaced with a 'normal' welcome sign.
One smart guy!

I don't understand what the big deal is as my 'mind' ALWAYS translates what ever i'm reading into this pre-texting form of communication. And another advantage is it also easier when attempting to read msgs when presented upside down. You know like when the airliner goes into a tail spin.

Nice to have suspicions confirmed so quickly.(See referenced  enclosure).
Though no mention of Mossad involvement in this story.
But it can be assumed that to get from a drug bust to a significant assassination plan.
And involving the KSA, the Mossad was quickly made aware of the possibilities
We might conclude it doesn't involve us. Any time the possibility is conflict with Iran,

Excerpt from Margarets health blog

September 29 2007 postA blog reader recently wrote me a fascinating (private) message. With his permission, I am posting parts of it (it's a long message, so I had to edit it a bit). This is a brilliant presentation of the bioavailability of curcumin with a few interesting suggestions on how to increase it:Biocurcumax is giving us curcumin that is predissolved in 10-15% oil by weight. Isn't that what I am doing by mixing curcumin with full fat yogurt: predissolving it before ingesting it? Could it be that those of us who predissolve in oil are already getting the benefit of the improved bioavailability that Biocurcumax wants to offer us? And why does the dissolution of curcumin in oil help the bioavailability? I believe it is because the way the body digests fat is that it the chunks go through the stomach and then it becomes emulsified when bile is added to the initial end of the small intestine. Then those small droplets of oil, containing molecules of dissolved curcumin, are small enough to pass through the vilii of the small intestine into the network of lymph ducts that parallel all the network of blood veins, into which other molecules enter through the vein pores in the walls of the vessels (but the fat droplets don't). Fats are not digested much in the stomach or the small intestine, but enter the lymph system, along with the enzyme lipase, which breaks down the fat globules and converts the fats into glycerol and fatty acids, both of which are soluble in water. So when the lymph is dumped back into the blood vein system up near the thorax, the fat has been changed into water soluble components. Presumably, the curcumin that was dissolved in the fat globules (dissolved means that it then existed in molecular form, not crystalline form), now remains attached to the fatty acids molecules or exists as free curcumin molecules in the blood to be carried throughout the body to find their home on some ugly little cancer cell in the bone marrow, where it frightens that cancer cell into committing hara-kiri, or your favorite word APOPTOSIS. So my theory is the Biocurcumax improves bioavailability by dissolving part of the curcumin in the oil, making easier for part of it to get into the blood stream through the lymph system. But I want to dissolve ALL of the curcumin in oil so that All of it gets into the blood stream through the lymph system. Maybe we already are there and don't know it because no one ever measured. Finally, I have two more brainstorm ideas to push on you. First, you must realize that curcumin will dissolve in alkaline aqueous solutions, but not acid solutions. The stomach is very acidic but the small intestine is very alkaline. First idea is to ferry the curcumin through the stomach, where a lot of it gets turned into curcumin glucorinide and curcumin sulfate, neither of which are bioactive, and into the small intestine by encapsulating the fine curcumin powder in an enteric coated capsule that can resist the stomach acids, but will dissolve in the alkaline environment of the small intestine, releasing its contents, which promptly dissolve in that environment and enter the vein system in molecular form. Some may still get lost through conjugation into glucorinide and sulfate, but more will at least get dissolved and able to enter the blood stream because it wasn't conjugated while in the stomach.Second idea is to dissolve the curcumin into some kind of fat (how about cocoa butter?) that is hard at room temperature, like chocolate, and form it into a capsule form, which gets swallowed whole. As it makes it way through the stomach it slowly melts and the fat breaks into droplets with the curcumin still dissolved in them. These droplets are then emulsified in the small intestine and go on their way into the lymph system to be digested by the lipase, as in the above description. The main advantage of this approach is convenience. Just pop a few delicious chocolate-flavored lozenges into your mouth and swallow them WHOLE, and your curcumin is on its way to lymph heaven.
I particularly liked his second idea: chocolate, my favourite thing in the world, AND curcumin? I must do some experimenting. And why not mix curcumin with a ganache, i.e., warm cream with unsweetened dark chocolate? Ahhh, the possibilities are endless.
My own thoughts from reading this and  coconut oil sites. Coconut oil being a  MCTF is internally processed differently than our other fat sources. So as a very practical suggestion as to how to achive maximum blood level curcumin might be to add both curcumin and coconut oil to a hot cerial and cook them together.
This is a serious concern for Margaret and other melanoma people.
For me and most everyone i correspond with the issue is general prevention.
On Margaret's site and using the right reference search, their is a long discussion with references, if anyone is interested.
Again, the only caution that i am aware of with regards to Tumeric or curcumin. Caution when handling or cooking as it will stain.

Food crisis

http://foreignpolicyblogs.com/2011/01/22/lester-brown-food-crisis-2011-is-here/

Some of us are attempting to follow this developing crisis and this article confirms the issue of food shortages is converging.
It wasn't so long ago we where informed of the miracle of the Green Agriculture Revolution, which translates into petroleum energy
converted into grain production and especially rice in Asia.
And then this 'miracle' was combined with GMO grains and beans and world hunger was supposedly going to vanish.
At least that's what i recall of the pitch made by the Rockefeller Institute when it was offered to the world as a significant technical advance in
food production.
And yes, Rockefeller does imply petroleum production and chemical manufacturing. And Chem plants frequently are adjacent to oil refineries.
What this article doesn't mention is petroleum is what makes it possible for billions of people to continue to eat.
A significant contraction in world oil production will open the door to famine, and we needn't even consider the other issues of concern which are being mentioned in the enclosed Lester Brown article. Brown is recently unusually accurate with regards to projections...in my opinion.

This current situation confronts a more basic human problem which i would say is: Reality verses chosen belief systems.
And the one aspect of that which i personally find very disturbing is: 'this "our world' will continue'.
Or it's just a cycle and we will soon bottom and return to 'human progress'. And  which is:  This will pass,  version when referring to hard times.
The alternative to that just to keep the imaging simple, maybe we are equivalent to yeast growing in a Petri dish, and when we reach the margins
having eaten everything in between... we die.

So just for speculation if it is a Petri dish situation, is it responsible to the next generation of yeast too encourage them to just keep munching.
Are we preparing and training those coming up to survive in a differently reality or our hopeful belief construct?

I recognise the rebuttal to what i am asking may go along the line of: Is it right to share our 'speculative' fears with children?
I'm not, nor am i preparing and alternative future for coming generations.
But i find it just too convent for people to make our situation today someway comparable to Jewish families in the forties in Europe, or even
Native Americans in the eighteen and nineteen centuries who where well aware that their cultures, their futures where ending.
Tragic of course,  but small time and also selective, compared to what we are confronted with from the convergence of what's being described here.

In a sense this is a continuance from a different projection of what Lerrie Keith, describes in the Vegetarian Myth.
Which describes our recently adopted choice of eating grains and stepping out of natures chosen diet.
Mono crops kill! and that's what i was trying to avoid for over thirty years, while i ate only plants.
Also, i think i am seeing a concerted effort to discredit what Keith is proposing.
Keith's view not only pushes our personal purity buttons, but it is surely not what grain producers want us to.... even.... consider.
We are actually a corn and soy fed specie's if you haven't noticed, and neither is what our species ate until a few thousand years ago, when
it was decided feeding us in trough's so we could labor for the then current 1% would be efficient and ...rewarding.

video worth watching

http://agrariannation.blogspot.com/

Scroll down on this interesting site to also watch a significant video titled: A Farm for the Future.
The short film in itself is worth the visit. And the subject concerns the reality of diminishing oil
derived energy for food production. And yes, it's somewhat suitable for the children, as it is a very beautiful pastoral setting.

I have followed this energy issue for some time. It is complex but also basic to our survival.
And whether we choose amongst the various dietary options or just go with what is offered on the store shelves,
for all of us, food options will soon be ending.
What does 'soon' mean? Tell me if you find out. And just for the can kicking participation, and considering when the oil energy society commenced, and that meaning significant oil production. And the supposed Bell Curve which must be very distorted by recent exponential world population growth; how about a generation? And then that's followed by more stumbling on the decent.
Conclusion: Predictions difficult but pattern apparent.

This is hardly new information with regards to 'peak oil' or it's implications... world famine and die off.
What we are also experiencing is lack of acknowledgment of this world crisis in both oil and food
production...and for the seven billion world population.

We are not being confronted with a cyclical phenomena where the population experiences "Hard Times"
followed by a slow return to the former "Good Times".
What apparently will be our future is not a bell curve decline implying a even leg but predictable decent to an early nineteen thirties
starting point. That would be a nice fantasy of retracing our glorious ascent.
And as far as history goes it doesn't get any better than our recent belly stuffing, industrial world: Pig out!
The more recent projections (Demitri Orlov, 2011) are predicting a step down decline which is a sudden production/supply contraction followed by a plateau and which will then be followed by another sudden drop, and again the plateau scenario. This is not factoring in the economics or the worlds climate change implications.

Numerous authors have been describing what the peak oil projection implication will look like and for some time.
But it's projections based on research and information we are not inclined to seek out. As an example who is interested
in how M. King Hubbert in 1956 determined US oil production would peak in 1971? And yes, it did peak and others then
attempted to apply the equation to world production and which is briefly referred to in this video.

But we are collectively still assuming that the party will never end.
So are we of the mind set of the Lemming's who must say: Just shut up and keep swimming!
Well, it appears that way, but for those few willing to hear what's ahead, videos like this may be a
possible warning.

Looking for a solution?

http://www.shtfplan.com/headline-news/greek-default-will-trigger-an-immediate-magnitude-10-earthquake_10032011

Don't bother, as it is not productive.... in this present situation.

What it seems we are experiencing is the train to... nowhere, is on the tracks. The train is in motion.
The train has a descending direction. and it seems to be going faster but to what destination?
Also, It seems we are both passengers and observers.
But we are not the trains engineer and who will remain nameless.
Then when the train stops.... it will not be at a 'designated' destination.
As 'expansion' is not growth or a destination.

Some preparations are always possible even for the uneventful occurrence if
we still assume it is a.... possible.... event which could occur.

And what's that all saying.
Acceptance that history repeats, but time doesn't.

We may best be served if we now move on to the next phase.
And which i think again is acceptance that the above description is in the moment accurate, and that
we don't have a parallel reality where we can choose to spend our near future.

So now we are 'ahead' of the other passengers, even if we also don't know our ultimate destination.

And what should an informed train passengers now do?
First: Accept their is no place on the train to hide.
And that does not imply their is nothing we can do.
But also don't bother to shout or pull the emergency cord.
Don't upset you fellow passengers with lurid stories of what's to come
That's just projection and speculation.
This might also alert the train conductor that the somnolence potions maybe wearing off
and the passengers need his personal attention, meaning you.
When flag and cross are no longer effective distractions, hunger and fear
become paramount. And again, that's when the conductor offers personal solutions.

I will suggest you find the trains ATM machine and continue to make timely withdrawals
until the systems power fails.
Meaning: Go to cash.... while you can, as bank accounts for the termites will not last long
when the train stops.
And Dude, I consider that taking control of the lounge car, if not the train.

"What this country needs now is hope"

http://www.theburningplatform.com/?p=22172

It's been some time since i have heard that slogan.
It means people are acknowledging band aids will no longer work.

Their are somethings mentioned here that the system would prefer we not consider.
And for the most glaring i would choose the comparison of our debt to Greece.
Apparently, we are now about where Greece was just four years ago.

And then reminding us we no longer have a safety net for the retired
is not something and aging populous wants to be reminded off.

recap of 'current' economic perdictions

http://blacklistednews.com/?news_id=15950&print=1

The last quoted prediction by P. Malgram adds the indication that Germany is saying one thing while preparing for
another and even worse.
And that's if it's true they are now printing the former Deutsch mark in anticipation of a larger collapse of the EU than generally is
being considered.
That would defiantly be leaving 'all of Europe' standing and racing for the few chairs available while the music plays on. And which
it seems maybe be a funeral dirge for the EURO as well as the EU.

Will this impinge on the 'God's Chosen Empire' where the nice people dwell?
We'll, if you can consider any of this having credibility
it would be prudent to ponder that the land of.... not think! is going to get it between the eyes.
And not to go into the details but maybe describing it as a second flush of the toilet may give you some indication of
where we will be when Europe goes down the tube, The discussion going on in Europe and the ER will not happen with the possible future shredding of the Empire.
We would go down ward... faster than Europe and for a number reason in my opinion. The first, this is financially one Nation.
Another is our feed the fire financiers have been China, Japan and middle east oil producers.
It is very doubtful they would want to hold the Empires hand while the sky falls. It seem if this happens and happens
meaning European financial collapse and that followed by serious damage to the US financial structure. The others still standing will back away
and wait for the settling of the debris before going into do salvage work. That is not rescue response more like load the sacks and the carts with the booty.
Yes, it is getting ugly and this may change from what we are told when watching the 6 O'clock or listening to the happy gibberish on the business channels.

The advise from the prudent is go to cash and definitely don't consider buying anything while going down.... as a bargain to buy. As it will only be the begging of the contraction fall.
For most folks funds in the bank is as good as cash! Don't count on it when experiencing crisis as this will not be a orderly collapse. That is the nature of collapse. The fruit falls off the tree at varying rates so try and be prudent because we have no friends on Wall Street, The Treasury or
the Federal Reserve. This will not be a period of expanding credit meaning loans for the people.
The banks are not even lending to each other, so why would they lend to us the walking scum?
And of course they will flood us with cheap money at some point but it will have even less value.
Food, fuel and cash will be necessities. Even your credit card may lock up at some point going into this.

Then some people are saying something to the effect: We soon will be coming back! We are not Europe! They won't let it happen!
I haven't actually heard or read this one... but I'm sure it's being said.
We have friends and they will help us! Or more locally: the Republicans will straighten this out when they get in the White house!

on cocount oil and health

http://www.coconutresearchcenter.org/

Coconut oil was a very popular oil.... in this country.... before the campaign by the soy bean industry to eliminate it from our diets or so this site indicates.

And i have had an interest in food oils since the early sixties when the 'new' cooking oils such as canola started to become popular.
And then it was margarine versus butter followed by all vegetable oils where better than animal products.
Oh yes, some of us where interested in Linseed oil as a nutrient oil and it's name was soon changed to Flax seed oil though being the same oil but costing us more.

And more recently i became interested in Coconut oil as it is part of the formulation used to both prevent some viruses or bacteria infections and as well treat these
forms of disease. And usually combined with BHT.
Though i had been aware of the positive properties of BHT for some time from reading Mann and Fawkes paper in the late eighties.

But now and within the last few months i have been investigating coconut oil for other health issues such as controlling cholesterol
and maybe to eliminate secondary disease for people with gluten intolerance or actually, Celaic Disease.

Recently i have been buying Coconut oil on line and giving it to my dog and myself and i have to conclude even though this has been just a couple of months
i believe i am feeling better and experiencing general improvement in my health.
My dogs conclusion seems to be: More! and since we are talking science in the bowl here, i have to conclude she finds coconut oil beneficial and
satisfying as well..
I noticed some of the sub site recommendations where for treating or preventing Dementia,  diabetes and also many of the gut problems that can be very serious and as well Arthritis.

Coconut oil is usually available at health food stores and the dosage recommended here is up to three and half tablespoons x day.
Their is a red unrefined c. oil also available and which maybe more nutritious. Though i just settled for the organic expeller pressed from Tropical Traditions which is on line and ships from Nevada.

Oh yes, the down side is palm oil is now being distilled in to a biodiesel. So people who have been depending on this for cooking and that's probably billions of people are now paying allot more for coconut oil.

Interesting interview with Doug Casey

http://www.caseyresearch.com/editorial.php?page=articles/doug-casey-answers-hard-questions-about-hard-times&ppref=GLD419ED0911C

I usally dont listen to these interviews with market news letter writers but Casey does have some insight and in this
particular interview Casey is not walking the walk.
I feel his recommendations and conclusions are probably correct.
When people begin to start recommending let it collapse and cut the big box government agencies such as the Pentagon and the CIA
by 90% we can be sure we are not far from going over the cliff.

Fwd: ISI? Bad ISI! and now more

http://www.nytimes.com/2011/09/27/world/asia/pakistanis-tied-to-2007-attack-on-americans.html

The plot thickens or is it curdling?
This incident is from 2007, and just now getting coverage in the US press.
It seems we are spoon fed what 'they' want us to know.
This probably indicates the decision has already been made to cut the Packy's loose.
Or is it the Packy's have decided to cut the Empire loose?

In my first msg it is indicated my speculation the Packy's have cut a deal with China to pick up the slack
for the US Empire who has been paying big brides to Pakistan for years.
So if we are going to get and indication of where things are going for the RWB Empire in Afghanistan, i will
speculate this is as close an indication of the forced shift that is taking place.
And yes, the Empire is not winning either on the ground or at the bribing.

No one has mentioned that China is behind all of this and why should they?
But if we look at it from the money angle, billions are still billions and though the Pakyies may have felt insulted
and don't like being bombed from drones. We'll billions are still billions.

So someone had to step in with a better deal that they could live with and i would think
Chinese money plus oil, plus essential equipment and the assurance that they had a ally in China
when dealing with India is allot of assurance that this is the time to change masters.
Pakistan may end up as a power in the region rather than land pirates as they now
are considered.

Whats in it for China? How about bye, bye US Empire in Asia?
And this would open allot of other avenues for China heading towards the middle east.
Then theirs all those countries ending in 'Stan' and most of them have oil and minerals.
It looks tempting to me.

Subject: ISI? Bad ISI!

http://www.nytimes.com/2011/09/23/world/asia/mullen-asserts-pakistani-role-in-attack-on-us-embassy.html

We'll this maybe more contrived on the part of US intelligence and Pentagon than it appears.

They are not doing anything that will be effective to counter the ISI with these: "We are Shocked!" announcements;
that their dear ally Pakistan is playing other games besides the ones the US wants to play.
Are they going to go to war with Pakistan? I don't think so!
I can recall a couple of incidents in recent history and one such as the strafing of the USS Liberty in 67 by the Israels.
We just covered it up after the two Israel planes where driven off.
Casualties? was it 179 US sailors.? and it was no mistake of identity.

What has worked with Pakistan in the past has been bribes by the US ...and in the billions.
But i think Pakistan has it's own agenda with regards to Afghanistan and they just want the Empire out ASAP.
And we can be sure some discussion regarding the eviction of the Empire has taken place by other big players along with Pakistan.

Russia and China would probably be very logistically supportive of Pakistan as neither wants the US in Asia.
And I'm sure they would be more than supportive of Pakistan if it decides to be 'assertive' with the US.
Supportive might mean commodities such as oil and coal and industrial equipment. And these are all things the US doesn't have to give.
Pakistan has never been a US colony and their are few things Pakistan's wants or that they like about the 'Crusader Empire'.

So ISI being sloppy and giving operates cell phones to call them just doesn't sound like they didn't know who had what and where they where calling from.
I just don't think they care what the US knows or does as they see the US in the this area as history and they have the backing to know let the Pentagon and the CIA know it.
The Drones have been very effective but the Packy's don't like whats happening and they want total control and so they are upping the anty.
